Refund and Return Policy

At Naysha Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we sell artificial and imitation jewellery, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Items purchased on clearance or special discounts
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. RETURN PROCESS

• After approval, instructions for return will be provided.
• Products will be inspected upon receipt.

4. REFUNDS
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
• Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
